Deal-making Is Alive and Well, but the Market is Changing


Hernan Cristerna, co-head of global mergers and acquisitions at JPMorgan Chase, shares his perspective on the environment for deal-making in 2017. "My prediction is that merger volumes will match those of 2016, made of a greater number of smaller deals. But as for the future of the megadeal, the complex prenuptials involved are likely to send all but the most fearless running for the hills."
